Mobile version of the system

A mobile version of the system has been developed. To log in you need to have Internet access and a browser (Google, Yandex, Mozilla Firefox, etc.). As you know, every account has a unique link. To sign in to your account you need to add ‘mobile-‘ to the permanent link – for example, standard link for logging in is https://miniotel.otelms.com/, so mobile version will be https://mobile-miniotel.otelms.com/. On the start page, enter the username and password you use to sign in on other devices).

After logging in, the home page (Status section) opens. Let’s look at every item of this section in detail:

There are two buttons at the top right and left:

Exit to the additional menu.

• Find a room — is used to create a new booking. When you go to the menu, you have to select check-in and check-out dates and click “Search” button. The system will generate a list of room types with available rooms. Cost of accommodation for the whole period will be displayed, next to the room type name in brackets the quantity of free rooms remain in the room type will be shown, for how many people the room type is designed, as well as the type of food in the default rate

• Status — returning to the home page.
• Orders — switching to the list of orders, with the function of editing orders. There are filters by means of which you can form a sample, at the end of the total amount due on orders.
• Settings — allow you to change the interface language and select the interface display theme.
• Exit — exit to the home page

 Search for bookings by first name, last name, guest phone number, email, booking number in the system, booking number on the channel.

The current date opens below by default:

Use buttons -1 and +1 to go to the next and previous day.

Clicking on the date will open a calendar, which can be used to view reservations for any date.

Interactive menu with the number of reservations for the selected date by status:

• Check-ins — the number of bookings with a scheduled check-in on that day.
• Check-outs — the number of bookings in which the current day is the checkout date. When you click on the menu, you can go to work with the bookings.
• Residents — the number of orders, according to the parameters of which guests are or should be residing on a specified date. When you click on the menu, you can go to work with the orders
• Available rooms — the number of available rooms. Clicking on the menu opens a list of available rooms in each category, where you can go to create a reservation.

A summary of check-in reservations is displayed below. When clicking on the name and surname or arrow you will go to the mode of work with the order

The mobile version has all the tools to work with the bookings, as in the standard version (editing information, making payments, check-in/check-out procedures, cancellation, adding services, guests).

In addition, you can call the guest if their folio contains a contact phone number or email.
