Check all settings of your AirBnB account: currency, address, legal data, and other settings that allow you to host.

After checking the information of all settings, you need to go to:
Settings → Channel Manager → AirBnB → Connect to AirBnB |
At the end of the page, click on the red button

When you succeed in connecting OtelmsAPP to you AirBnB account you’ll see following buttons and
Set up all basic settings. All fields are required. Inventory queue denotes number of days (365) your listing is available for bookings in the future.
Note! The minimum listing daily price is $10 equivalent. |
Please set up additional parameters for each listing:
Set up property type, cancellation policy, cleaning fee, deposit, extra bed fee (not date based), release time (sales stop time – 0-24, 48, 72 or 168 – only these values are possible), possibility to request reservations shorter than release time, % discount for reservations longer than 7 or 30 days.
For each room type you can either create new listing or map existing one. Mapping can be full (content included) or rates and availability type only. For partial syncronization content settings in OtelMS is not required. After bublishing you’ll see job result in listing line.
Checking listings on the extranet.
We strongly recommend to check syncronisation result at your AirBnB host dashboard.
Check every listing separately through the “view” mode.
Please note that listing management will be provided for only connected listings. All reservations from not connected listings will not be placed to OtelMS PMS.
